• respond to appointment and booking queries, as well as contact us form submissions and registration submissions to work with us.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter name and an email address, we'll be unable to respond to your query. We keep your information for 6 months at which point we securely destroy it by deleting form submissions.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
